LEDitGlow Terms and Conditions

Thank you for using our products (“Products”). The Products are sold by LEDitGlow.
By purchasing our Products, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.
BUYING AND USING OUR PRODUCTS
Any individual who arrives with the intention to buy, or buys a Product from LEDitGlow is hereby referred to as a “Customer”. LEDitGlow policies listed below are applicable to all Products purchased by its Customers.
The Customer is subject to all the terms stated below:
(a) The staff of LEDitGlow may suggest Products to the Customer based on the information provided by the Customer. However, the Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the Product purchased is a fit for his/her use. LEDitGlow is not responsible for any misfits and thus reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges.
(b) Products cannot be returned due to faulty installation procedures, intentional damage, or specification change (color, wattage, size, etc.). All Products are duly tested at the time of purchase to ensure their functionality. All Products are final sale, unless otherwise specified by the LEDitGlow staff.
(c) Exchanges will be at the sole discretion of the LEDitGlow management with a minimum of 15% restocking fee of the returned Product. In addition, the Customer will have to pay the difference between the price of the returned Product and the new Product which he/she receives, if applicable. If an exchange is allowed, the Product must be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
(d) For both returns and exchanges, the Product must be in its original packaging without any damage, to the packaging or Product, whatsoever.
(e) It is solely the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the Product(s) installation is done correctly. LEDitGlow is not responsible for any damage which is caused to the vehicle, home or location where its Product(s) were being installed.
